Terms & Conditions
- A learner’s timeslot will be secured once the enrolment form has been completed, signed and emailed to us.
- In the event that a learner is absent and misses a lesson, his/her payment for that day will not be refunded.
- By signing this application form, you agree to the payment terms.
- We shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that lesson materials are correct and aligned with CAPS (Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement) standards.
- Learners must be signed up and enrolled on a termly basis.
- The services shall be carried out at the location described on the application form. We shall refer to this as the “tutor venue”.
- Parents must ensure that learners are dropped off and picked up at the correct times.
- If learners attend Somerset West Primary School, parents agree to allow Tutor Hub educators and/or tutors to accompany learners per foot to the tutor venue.
- If our services are delayed by an event outside of our control we will contact you as soon as possible. Provided we do this, we will not be held responsible for delays caused by such an event.
- The duration of the sessions are 45 minutes
- Parents give permission for learners to be tutored in Home Language, Mathematics and any other important content subjects.
We may suspend the supply of services if
- A learner’s fees are unpaid or paid late, in which case we reserve the right to give that learner’s timeslot to another child. Learners will not be allowed to attend classes if payments are not made by the due date applicable to your chosen payment option.
- A learner displays disruptive or threatening behaviour.
- A learner is left unattended at the tutor venue after a lesson.
